These rules of procedure of the ecolodge set the conditions of accommodation within the Domaine des Bois de Cabiros. It is intended for all guests who have reserved one or more nights. It is in addition to the general conditions accepted during your reservation.

 

1. 1 ​Conditions of stay

The ecolodge can be booked outside the annual closing period (From November to March) except for New Year's Day and special requests (contact us).

 

Our customers have access to their ecolodge from 4 p.m. and must leave by 11 a.m. maximum on the morning of their departure. During the stay, guests have access to the ecolodge area as well as to the discovery trail. For security reasons, it is forbidden to leave the ecolodge at night.

Any exit from the Estate is final unless prior authorization has been granted by the owners.

 

1. 2 Safety/fire prevention instructions

It is forbidden to enter the service area and to enter the horse paddocks.

It is strictly forbidden to make any type of fire in the ecolodge or on the entire Domaine des Bois de Cabiros.

Located in an area with a high fire risk, the entire Domaine des Bois de Cabiros site is non-smoking (cigarettes allowed with strong vigilance only on the terrace, an ashtray will be at your disposal)

 

1. 3 ​Evacuation

If necessary or on the recommendation of the owners of the Estate, the evacuation of the ecolodge is carried out according to the evacuation plan of the estate.

 

1. 4 ​Surveillance

The ecolodge is equipped with a small safe positioned in the wardrobe of the suite.

In order to avoid losing your jewelery and small personal effects, we recommend that you protect them and place them in the safe.

We decline all responsibility for the loss of personal effects within the accommodation.

 

During the night, the owners reside near the accommodation area. We can be reached at any time in the event of force majeure on 06 34 54 24 29.

 

1. 5 ​ Damage, theft of equipment

It is important to respect and make good use of equipment such as the spa, sauna, books, Bluetooth speakers...

An inventory will be made at each departure. Any proven degradation will be invoiced at the level of their degradation.

 

1. 6 Introduction of illicit materials and substances

It is forbidden to introduce into the Estate and into the ecolodge any illegal or dangerous substances and materials, such as weapons, drugs, alcohol or dangerous materials.

 

1. 7 ​Rules of good conduct

Our customers are required to have a decent behavior towards the owners of the domain as well as all their collaborators, animals and equipment. No excess will be tolerated (noise at night, drunkenness).

 

1. 8 ​Non-drinkable water

The ecolodge is not connected to drinking water.

Please do not drink the water from the taps or the shower.

Bottles of drinking water will be available during your stay.
